Overview

For this SaaS project, we executed targeted cold email campaigns across multiple ICPs. Through continuous testing and optimization, we achieved 50%+ interested reply rates across several campaigns.

When Froonze came to us in February, they had one big goal:
👉 Get more clients.
👉 Build stronger partnerships with Shopify agencies.

For context: Froonze is a Shopify loyalty & wishlist platform.
Amazing product.
But like most SaaS founders… they needed reach.

So here’s what we did 👇

✅ Set up 2 fresh domains + 6 mailboxes
✅ Built 3 laser-targeted campaigns
✅ Focused on conversations (not vanity metrics)

And the results?

1️⃣ Shopify Agencies Campaign

  • 3% reply rate

  • 62 replies → qualified, interested agencies

  • Campaign completed with strong partner pipeline

2️⃣ Store Credit Promotion → Smile users

  • ~1% reply rate

  • 57% of replies were interested

3️⃣ Store Credit Promotion → Bon users [A]

  • ~1% reply rate

  • 71% of replies were interested

Not bad for cold emails, right?

Here’s the lesson:
It’s not about blasting thousands of emails.
It’s about the right audience, the right message, and the right system.

Froonze walked in with a growth problem.
